With 30+ years of experience in split case pumps, we have accumulated an extensive library of high-efficiency hydraulic models. Supported by CFD simulation, we can create digital models that accurately replicate fluid dynamics and spatial configurations. Our CFD simulation predicts actual pump efficiency with over 95% accuracy.

In addition, we utilize Finite Element Analysis to validate our engineering design. Through structural strength analysis, thermal modeling, and material stiffness evaluation, we systematically verify design reliability while identifying improvement opportunities, in order to meet stringent dimensional and operational requirements.
