Pattern Making

Our pattern workshop produces a wide range of casting patterns including wood, metal, and lost foam material. We have capabilities for pump inlet diameters up to 2200 mm. All of our patterns go thorugh 3D scanning upon completion in order to ensure accurate match with the design model.

Key equipment features:

- Triple-link vertical gantry mill: 1500x2000x700mm for steel, iron, aluminum, and wood

- Triple-link carving/milling machine: 2000x4000x1000mm for foam, plastic, and wood

Casting

With total annual capacity of 10,000 tons, our foundry utilizes resin sand molding, and lost foam casting, complemented by medium-frequency induction furnaces for precision melting. We also perform non-destructive testing including ultrasound, magnetic particle, and liquid penetrant testing.

Key capabilities:

- Material range: gray iron, ductile iron, carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex/super duplex steel, aluminum, copper, other special alloy

- Maximum casting weight: gray/ductile iron 30 ton, steel alloy 28 ton, stainless steel 28 ton

Machining & Assembly

The machining & assembly workshop covers 23,500 m² production area with 160+ industrial machines including CNC machining centers, boring mills, surface grinders, and vertical lathes.

Key capabilities:

- Machining capacity: lathe turning diameter ≤ 6 m, lathe turning length ≤ 8 m, surface grinding length ≤ 8 m, drilling diameter ≤ 150 mm

- Assembly capacity: overhead crane lifting weight ≤ 32 ton

Testing

Our government certified Grade I test station features 1,800 m² of testing space with 5 dedicated bays, equipped with digitally controlled automation systems and precision instrumentation. Testing data can be transmitted to our online platform real time, enabling customers to witness testing remotely.
