The company was founded in June 1978 and currently has 5 units of 125MW, 2 units of 300MW and 2 units of 600MW. With a total installed capacity of 1225MW, total assets of 3.643 billion yuan, more than 2,700 employees, and an annual power generation of more than 7 billion kWh, it is the first large ultra-high-voltage thermal power plant designed and built by Shandong Electric Power and is known as the first large-scale thermal power plant in southern Shandong.

Project Name: Zaozhuang Heating and Heating Network Project of Huadian International Shiliquan Power Plant

In September 2019, the two parties reached the following agreement on the "Huadian International Shiliquan Power Plant Zaozhuang Heating Network Project":

 General

1.1 For the basic technical performance of the relay pump's functional design, structure, performance, installation, test, commissioning, technical service and quality assurance, Party B shall provide high-quality products that comply with this agreement and industrial standards.
1.2 This equipment technical agreement puts forward the minimum technical requirements, does not provide for all technical details, and does not fully quote the provisions of relevant standards and specifications. Party B provides high-quality products that comply with this agreement and industrial standards. All compulsory national safety and environmental protection standards and regulations meet its requirements.
1.3 The equipment provided by Party B fully meets the requirements of the technical agreement.
1.4 If the standards used in the equipment technical agreement are inconsistent with the standards implemented by Party B, the higher standards shall be implemented.
1.5 The equipment technical agreement is confirmed by both parties as a technical appendix to the order contract, which has the same legal effect as the body of the contract.
1.6 Matters not covered in the equipment agreement shall be negotiated and determined by both parties.
1.7 The specific manufacturing and final on-site acceptance of the equipment are based on the terms of this technical agreement, and this agreement shall prevail if the previous technical contact is inconsistent with this agreement.

Performance guarantee

Party B guarantees the following performance of the pump set:
1. Relay pump station water supply pump: the flow rate at the rated operating point is: 3000T/H, and the head is 125m
2. Ensure that the efficiency of the efficiency point is not less than 87%
3. The vibration value of the pump is within the normal range, and its vibration value must be within the qualified range of the national standard, and the vibration value of the pump stage should meet the requirements of GB10889. The double-radiation vibration value of the water pump bearing in all directions is not more than 0.05mm
4. The noise at a distance of 1 meter from the outer wall of the pump and a height of 1 meter from the pump is not more than 85dB(A)
5. The life of the pump
The service life of the water pump is not less than 40 years (excluding wearing parts). Under normal operation, the pump set should be able to operate continuously for more than 25,000 hours, of which the mechanical seal can operate continuously for more than 8,000 hours.
