1. Material requirements: The pump body, impeller, pump cover and other flow parts are made of 022Cr17Ni12Mo2 (316L). The exterior and base of the pump casing must be painted with epoxy anticorrosive paint, and both bottoms and two sides are required, with a dry film thickness of 0.15 mm/layer: 304 stainless steel is used for the pump coupling guard; 3161 stainless steel anchor bolts are used for anchor bolts, non-flowing parts All bolts used are made of 304 material.

2. Mechanical seal form: built-in, single-end, small spring mechanical seal, the friction pair dynamic and static rings are well carbonized, the base material is made of 022Cr17Ni12Mo2 (316L) material, without mechanical seal cooling water, and the plug of the pump body is cancelled.

Requirements for the matching motor: install a PG or AG lock nut on the inlet hole of the motor junction box, press the nose of all the motor lead terminals to be tinned, and do anti-corrosion treatment, equipped with a refueling hole, and require the use of metal for the motor bearing gland Gland. The motor protection level is IP55F insulation, and the motor energy efficiency level is not lower than level 2.

Four, inspection and assessment requirements

1. For Hastelloy C pump body, vacuum smelting is required for all alloy parts to ensure the casting quality of the parts. The pump casing is not allowed to exceed two points of blisters or repairs. There are detailed instructions on the repaired parts, and there are blisters within the warranty period (one year) Or the micro-hole leakage is serious, a new shell replacement is provided free of charge; the casting sample block is presented, and the component testing data is provided to ensure that the content of the elemental component (q, key) is not lower than the intermediate value.
