Performance index of water pump
1. The standard point noise of the pump is not more than 85dB(A);
2. The vibration value at the pump bearing is less than 2.8mm/s;
3. The temperature rise of pump and motor bearing does not exceed 40℃, and the maximum temperature does not exceed 75℃ (rolling bearing temperature <70℃);
4. The nameplate of the pump is made of stainless steel and is firmly fixed on the conspicuous place of the pump. The content of the nameplate includes: equipment model, main parameters of the pump: including flow, head, pump efficiency, required cavitation margin, shaft power, pump factory number and date, manufacturer name, etc.;
5. All pump casings should be painted with colored paint, and the color of the colored paint shall be selected by Party A. Bearing cover, bearing body, bearing body gland, double suction sealing ring, pump cover HT250, shaft guard Q235, bearing SKF, shaft 2Cr13, shaft sleeve ZG20Cr13, coupling adopts Shanghai Zhenhua Port Machinery (Group) Ningbo Transmission Machinery Limited company products;
