Technical requirements
1. The vent hole at the top of the pump cover adopts G3/4”, the middle of the boss is 60, and the height is 30.
2. The packing seal water is supplied from the outside, the G1/2" interface is reserved in the packing cavity, and the pump cover is equipped with a water diversion boss without drilling wire holes.
3. The pump base has 16 holes.
4. The pump cover is equipped with 5 ribs to increase strength and rigidity, and bolts are appropriately added on both sides of the seal ring of the pump cover to prevent the pump cover from deforming.
5. The bearing structure of the pump is: 2 roller bearings at the driving end, 1 ball bearing and 1 roller bearing at the driven end.
6. The pump coupling is provided by the buyer and can be shipped to the supplier’s factory to be assembled on the pump.
7. The supplier provides the relevant dimensions of the shaft extension of the water pump to facilitate the purchaser to match the coupling.
