  Recently, the Hunan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology released the Catalog of Advanced Applicable Green and Low-Carbon Technologies, Equipment, and Products Encouraged for Development in Hunan Province (2025 Edition)M&W Energy Saving’s independently developed VS Online Variable Pump was successfully included.

  This selection aims to accelerate the green, low-carbon, and circular development of Hunan’s industry, promote the application of green and low-carbon technologies, equipment, and products, steadily advance carbon peaking and carbon neutrality in the industrial field, and drive the province’s industrial green development to a new level.

Original Design – Realizing Online Flow Adjustment
 The VS Online Variable Pump is a revolutionary innovation independently developed by our company. It is upgraded from the traditional single-stage double-suction split-case centrifugal pump, based on the world’s first adaptive flow online variable pump as a single piece of equipment.

The pump features a globally original split impeller structure, equipped with a unique mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic execution system. By intelligently regulating the flow channel shape and controlling the impeller opening and closing, it flexibly adjusts the impeller width. This enables precise, reliable, and highly dynamic micro-adjustments of flow.

The VS Variable Pump solves the challenges of low efficiency, high energy consumption, and inaccurate adjustment in variable-flow industrial applications.
