Application scenario: National key water conservancy project with total investment of 1.482 billion RMB, serving nearly 800,000 urban and rural residents, total pipeline length over 34 km. Northwest China has diurnal temperature variation exceeding 60℃, Yellow River water source contains sediment and has high hardness, wind-blown sand and salinization corrosion are severe, and long pipelines are prone to water hammer. Year-round continuous water supply. Original S-type pumps had low efficiency, impellers wore and froze easily, long shutdown during maintenance, and no VFD intelligent control.
Solution content: XS split-type double-suction pumps + DG multistage booster pump combination, configured for intake, delivery, and high-elevation boosting stages. Pump body uses ZG20Mn low-temperature alloy resistant to -26℃, 304/316 stainless wetted parts for sediment resistance, dual-layer anti-corrosion + electric tracing design. CFD optimized impellers, reduced maintenance efficiency improved by 70%, water hammer absorber installed. Equipment integrated into water conservancy digital twin platform with full KKS bilingual drawings.
Project results: comprehensive energy saving rate 24%–29%, annual electricity savings 1.3 million RMB; overhaul cycle doubled, maintenance cost reduced by 68%; stable water pressure across the system, reduced pipeline leakage, adapted to Yellow River long-distance water transfer conditions as a standardized benchmark project in Ningxia.
