Application scenario: Shandong Steel Laiwu Energy & Power Plant, 50,000 m³/day industrial wastewater deep treatment and reuse project, covering blast furnace slag wastewater, hot rolling scale wastewater, coking wastewater, domestic sewage, and RO concentrate, with reuse for furnace cooling, hot rolling laminar cooling, and sintering. Northern Shandong winter -18℃ / summer 39℃, high dust in metallurgical environment, multi-water-quality conditions (slurry with iron oxide and slag abrasion, coking wastewater with high TDS chloride corrosion, clean reuse water with high hardness scaling). Steelmaking and rolling operations have intermittent flow fluctuations over 40%, requiring 24h continuous operation with low fault tolerance. Solution content: M&W ENERGY SAVING complete four-pump systems: XS split-type double-suction pumps (XS600-680 / 500-700, 3800–4600m³/h / 26–32m / ≥87.2%, 10kV VFD linked to level control), LC vertical long-shaft slurry pumps (LC450-240, 2600m³/h / 24m, 2507 duplex stainless steel, anti-sediment flushing), DG multistage booster pumps (DG200-45×6, 140–260m³/h / 260–330m, 316L wetted parts for RO high pressure), IH corrosion-resistant pumps (316L full wetted parts for coking wastewater acid/alkali transport).
