Application scenario: Yunnan Yonggang Steel Group Julida Steel Co., Ltd., 2 million ton converter + continuous casting production line. Covers converter clean circulating water, refining cooling, mold soft water, secondary cooling turbid water, and cyclone pit slag flushing systems. High humidity, dust, hard water scaling, sediment and iron oxide particles in water. Temperature range -5°C to 38°C; water loss directly causes converter or mold damage. Before retrofit, S/SAP pumps had efficiency only 73%–76%, cast iron impellers wore through in 3–5 months, constant-speed operation without intelligent control, carbon steel shafts rusted and seized in high humidity.


Solution content: Complete supply of five pump types: XS450-660 clean circulating split case pump (3200 m³/h / 65 m / ≥87%, 6kV variable frequency linked PLC), DG multistage mold soft water pump (316L), XW turbid water wear-resistant pump (2507 duplex steel), LC long-shaft slag flushing pump (anti-sediment + duplex shaft sleeve), ISR auxiliary hot water pump. Wetted parts graded corrosion resistance (304/316L/2507), epoxy zinc-rich + humid heat resistant coating, all 304 stainless fasteners, motor moisture-proof insulation + dual PT100 monitoring. CFD impeller improves efficiency by over 10 percentage points, PLAN23 mechanical seal, G2.5 dynamic balance.
