Application scenario: Heating network Phase II booster station of Zibo Huaxing Thermal Energy Co., Ltd., delivering 70–130°C heating water to western city and Zhoucun area. System pressure 1.0–1.6 MPa, newly added heating load of several million m² with strong seasonal fluctuations.


Solution content: M&W ENERGY SAVING supplied 2 units XSR400-560 heating network circulating pumps, flow 2500 m³/h, head 60 m, efficiency ≥85%, equipped with HAA450-4 / 450kW / 10kV variable-frequency high-voltage motor (0–100% stepless speed regulation). Impeller 316L stainless steel, pump shaft 2Cr13, SKF bearings, independent cooling circuits for bearings and seals (mechanical seal 3 m³/h + bearing 1.5 m³/h), Q-H curve zero-flow head rise ≤25%, parallel load deviation ≤5%, with reserved DCS interface.


Project results: Variable frequency control eliminates valve throttling losses and reduces pump station auxiliary power consumption. Expanded heating coverage by millions of m², filling heating gap in western Zibo, serving as a benchmark for long-distance booster stations in large northern cities.
