Application scenario: Huaneng Jining Canal Power Co., Ltd. (1240MW large thermal power plant, core heating source in Jining urban area). Heating network expansion project with 2 XS600-710H double-suction split case heating network circulating pumps, equipped with variable-frequency high-voltage motors, delivering 50–90°C hot water (up to 110°C) to support large-scale centralized heating in Jining city.


Solution content: M&W ENERGY SAVING supplied 2 units XS600-710H heating network circulating pumps, flow 5500 m³/h, head 120 m, efficiency ≥86%, equipped with YKKVF630-4 / 2500kW / 6kV variable-frequency high-voltage motor (efficiency 96.3%). Q-H curve without hump for parallel operation, cartridge-type high-temperature mechanical seal + independent flushing pipeline, bearing water-cooling system, individual variable frequency control adapting to seasonal load fluctuations. Complies with GB/T5657, GB3216, JB/T8097 and KKS plant identification standards.


Project results: Variable frequency speed control significantly reduces valve throttling losses and lowers auxiliary power consumption. Entire pump service life ≥40 years, mechanical seal continuous operation ≥8000 hours, meeting peak heating demand with large flow, high head, and long-distance pipeline transport requirements.
