Application scenario: Energy-saving renovation of circulating water system in a comprehensive petrochemical enterprise, with extremely high access thresholds requiring strict multi-dimensional evaluation of professionalism, technology, innovation, and safety, which most energy-saving service companies are reluctant to undertake.


Solution content: Based on the MOAR industrial system energy-saving theory framework, comprehensive governance from four dimensions: system operation management, parameter optimization, equipment upgrading, and component efficiency improvement. Applied adjustable blade GS pump (a world-first design filling a global industry gap), AS high-efficiency petrochemical pump (international advanced) and multiple proprietary patented technologies to comprehensively upgrade the circulating water system.


Project results: Based on the MOAR industrial system energy-saving theory, using proprietary adjustable blade GS pump and AS high-efficiency petrochemical pump and other patented technologies, the system achieved a measured energy saving rate of 23.36%, far exceeding the contract requirement, and passed acceptance smoothly. M&W ENERGY SAVING was included in China National Petroleum supplier list as early as 2012, demonstrating strong technical capability to serve top domestic petrochemical enterprises.
