Sinopec Maoming Refining CFB circulating water system optimization project | Maoming, Guangdong
Application scenario: CFB unit circulating water system of the largest refining base in South China (the first refining enterprise in New China), with 90% low-lift condenser cooling and 10% high-lift unit cooling. The two operating conditions differ greatly, and the original pump was selected in a one-size-fits-all manner, causing long-term system throttling and high valve loss energy consumption.
Solution content: Customized AS800-28MSH high-efficiency pump (7500 m³/h, head 30.5 m, efficiency >88%, hydraulic curve without hump), equipped with permanent magnet coupling speed regulation device (non-contact flexible transmission, eliminating throttling losses), full system hydraulic optimization + PLC intelligent control, staged demand-based supply for high and low loads.
Project results: Comprehensive energy saving rate ≥28%, annual energy saving 5.55 million kWh, annual benefit 3.10 million RMB, passed on-site performance acceptance. Provides a standardized benchmark case for energy-saving renovation of CFB circulating water systems in domestic refining enterprises.
