Shaanxi large petrochemical million-level circulating water energy management project | Yulin, Shaanxi

Application scenario: Multi-million circulating water system of a large petrochemical enterprise in Shaanxi, a large refining integrated energy-saving EPC project benchmarked against state-owned chemical green renovation standards. Existing old pumps have low efficiency, pipeline leakage, and ineffective throttling causing severe energy waste, resulting in high overall energy consumption and urgent need for energy-saving and carbon-reduction transformation.


Solution content: Customized ultra-high-efficiency main circulating pump (single pump efficiency up to 91.13%, flow 11,000 m³/h, head TBD, equipped with 2,000 kW motor), proprietary hydraulic model with simulation optimization. Simultaneous implementation of pipeline optimization (low-resistance check valve reducing loss by 5–8 m), equipment reliability upgrade (rubber flexible joints for vibration reduction, mechanical seals for leakage prevention, cooling system reducing temperature by 10°C), PLC intelligent control system dynamically matching production load.


Project results: System comprehensive energy saving rate of 23%, annual energy saving 26.03 million kWh, annual electricity cost saving approximately 14.31 million RMB, annual CO₂ reduction of 25,038 tons (equivalent to planting 1.3 million trees), providing a replicable integrated circulating water energy-saving transformation model for state-owned petrochemical enterprises.
