Middle East national oil company 800 km crude oil long-distance pipeline pump project | Middle East

Application scenario: Cross-border crude oil trunk pipeline project of a national oil company in the Middle East, total pipeline length 800 km, desert long-distance transport conditions. Large day-night temperature difference, sand-containing medium, and large crude oil viscosity fluctuations impose extremely high requirements on equipment durability. M&W ENERGY SAVING enters high-end crude oil transportation equipment sector at large scale for the first time.

Solution content: M&W ENERGY SAVING supplied 12 units BB3 API standard multistage between-bearing crude oil pumps fully compliant with API610 12th edition international standard. Double volute improved design + inter-stage staggered transport structure reducing hydraulic loss; finite element topology optimized pump casing, passing 12.6 MPa hydrostatic test; heavy-duty thickened shaft with precision dynamic balance, vibration better than API standard; centerline support + cast cooling fins + independent air cooling suitable for desert water-scarce  and cooling-water-free conditions; PLAN 11 + 66B composite sealing with silicon carbide friction pair resisting sand erosion; operating range -10°C to 55°C.

Project results: Equipment adapted to extreme temperature differences, ensuring stable operation of 800 km long-distance pipeline, compliant with API610 international standards, with encrypted real-time video remote supervision, allowing overseas clients full online monitoring and data traceability.
