Solution content: Supplied 1 set of DG46-50×12 multistage centrifugal pump, flow rate 46 m³/h, head 600 m, efficiency 65%, equipped with YP-2/132 kW/6 kV high-voltage motor, 2950 rpm, counterclockwise rotation.

 

Project Results: Replaced the old multistage pump unit used in paper production, significantly improving the overall energy-saving rate; wear-resistant wetted parts are suitable for high-solids pulp water conditions, greatly reducing maintenance frequency and substantially lowering spare parts costs.
