They are provided for delivering clear water ,rainwater, sewage and seawater below 55oC

The pump is vertically installed with the inlet vertical downward and the outlet horizontal extending. The rotor elements can be pull-out or non-pull-out. The blades of type T pump can be adjustable in operation. The pump installation has two ways: One is single foundation, the pump and the motor are connected directly and mounted on one concrete foundation, the other is double foundation, the pump and the motor are mounted on the separate concrete foundation. The seal usually uses packing seal. The intake sump of the pump can be wet pit or dry pit. The axial thrust of the pump is usually carried by the motor, that of small pump is carried by pump itself. The impeller of pump is usually one stage and it can be designed as multistage as requirements. The bearings of the pump is rubber bearings or Thordon bearings. When the rubber bearings are used, the shaft sleeves with pressure clear water in for lubrication

 

Installation method

Single foundation: The motor and pump are installed directly on a foundation layer, and the discharge port can be below the foundation layer or above the foundation layer.

Double foundation: The motor and pump are installed on their respective foundation layers, and the discharge port is above the foundation layer of the pump.

2. The suction pool of the pump is deep pit type, and can also be designed as dry pit type according to requirements.

3. The rotor of the pump (composed of impeller, guide vane body, shaft, etc.) is divided into pull-out and non- pull-out.

4. The blades of the impeller are divided into non-adjustable, half-adjustable and full-adjustable.

5. The bearings of the pump are divided into rubber bearings and the pump shaft is provided with a protective sleeve filled with clean pressure water.

6. The axial thrust of the pump is borne by the motor.

7. The pump impeller is usually one stage, and it can also be counted as a multi-stage pump as needed.
