Application Scenario: Shaanxi Taibai Gold Mining Co., Ltd. is a gold production enterprise integrating mining, beneficiation, smelting, and hydropower generation, with an annual ore processing capacity exceeding 1.8 million tons, annual gold output of 1.3 tons, and annual output value of RMB 260 million; equipped with a 9,320 kW hydropower station generating 33 million kWh annually and employing 1,983 staff.

 

Solution content: Supplied 1 set of D155-67×3 multistage centrifugal pump, flow rate 155 m³/h, head 201 m, efficiency 65%, equipped with Y2P/132 kW/6 kV high-voltage motor, 2980 rpm, clockwise rotation.

 

Project Results: Replaced the old multistage pump unit used in mining and beneficiation operations, significantly improving the overall energy-saving rate; multistage wear-resistant wetted parts are suitable for high-head gold mining slurry conditions, greatly reducing maintenance frequency and substantially lowering spare parts costs.
