1.1 This specification is applicable to Harbin Thermal Power Co., Ltd. #8 unit heat network first station to improve the capacity of the heating network circulating water pumps, and put forward technical requirements for the functional design, structure, performance, installation and testing of the equipment.

1.2 The tendering party puts forward the minimum technical requirements in this specification, and does not specify all the technical requirements and applicable standards. The bidder shall provide a set of high-quality products that meet the requirements of this specification and the listed standards and their corresponding service.

1.3 The bidders shall respond one by one according to the terms of the bidding document, and the order shall not be changed. If there is no deviation in this bidding document, the equipment provided by the bidder will be deemed to meet the requirements of the bidding documents and standards, and the deviation (no matter how much) must be clearly indicated in the technical difference table in the bidding document.

1.4 The bidder must implement the standards listed in this specification. In case of conflicts, the higher standards shall be implemented.

1.5 After signing the contract, the bid inviting party reserves the right to make supplementary requirements and amendments to this technical specification, and the bidder shall promise to cooperate.

1.6 All costs involved in the patents used by the equipment are considered to have been included in the equipment quotation, and the bidder shall ensure that the bid inviting party does not bear all responsibilities for the equipment patents.

1.7 The bidder shall provide high-quality equipment. These equipment should be mature, reliable and technologically advanced products.


Project overview

 


In order to meet the needs of deep peak shaving in the power grid, Harbin Thermal Power Co., Ltd. will undergo flexible transformation in 2019. According to the parameters provided by the steam turbine plant, the heating extraction steam can be increased by 140 t/h after the transformation. According to the actual operation situation of Harbin Heat Company, the existing equipment of the first station of the heating network of #8 unit cannot meet the demand for increasing heating parameters after flexible transformation. It is necessary to increase the capacity of the existing circulating water pumps of the heating network to improve the transmission capacity of the first station of the heating network.

Harbin Thermal Power Co., Ltd. #8 unit currently has 5 heating network circulating water pumps, of which #8机#1-4 heating network circulating water pumps were installed in 2006 and put into production; #8机#5 heating network circulating water pumps were installed in 2010 , Put into production. This year, it is planned to increase the capacity of the circulating water pumps for the heating network of #8机#1, 2, 3, and 4 (the original pump is cancelled, and the flow rate of the pump is 1,800 cubic meters per hour after the capacity increase. The other parameters of the pump and the structure size remain unchanged. , To ensure that the foundation of the pump does not move; the rotor components: the impeller is made of cast steel, the pump shaft, and the shaft sleeve are made of stainless steel; the pump body is made of cast iron; the original motor parameters of the pump are kept unchanged) to improve the delivery capacity of the first station of the heating network , To ensure the safe, economical and stable operation of heating network equipment in winter.
