Huadian International Zouxian Power Plant is a modern large-scale pit-mouth thermal power plant located in Zoucheng, Shandong Province, the hometown of the great ancient Chinese thinker and educator Mencius. To the south is the Weishan Lake, which is rich in water resources, and to the north is adjacent to the Yanzhou Coal Field, which produces more than 40 million tons of raw coal per year. It has unique development conditions. The factory covers an area of ​​1.52 million square meters.

General rules

 

1. Party B must adopt mature, advanced and reliable technology with clear technology sources and no technical patent disputes. Party B is responsible for the overall technical performance of the equipment after maintenance. Party B has full technical responsibility for the complete set of equipment (including auxiliary systems and equipment), including subcontracted (or purchased) equipment and parts.

2. The project adopts the KKS marking system, and all technical documents (including drawings) and equipment provided by Party B are required to adopt the KKS marking system. The marking principles, methods and content refer to "China Huadian Corporation KKS Marking System Coding Rules". Party B shall provide paper and electronic information (including specifications, models, quantities, materials) of all equipment and its components, valves, pipelines, and control equipment within the scope of supply.

3. The project uses the International Unit of Measurement (SI) system, the working language is Chinese, and all documents and drawings should be written in Chinese.

4. Party B must implement the standards listed in this technical agreement (see the table below). The content not mentioned in this technical agreement meets or is better than the international standards, national standards, and industry standards listed in this technical agreement. If there are contradictions or inconsistencies, the higher standards shall be implemented
