This technical agreement is applicable to the purchase of water pumping pump house 1#2# water pumping equipment and supporting motors. It puts forward the technical requirements for the functional design, structure, performance, manufacturing, supply, installation and testing of the equipment.

1. This technical part applies to the ordering of horizontal centrifugal pumps, including the technical requirements for the functional design, structure, performance, packaging, transportation, installation and commissioning of the main body and its auxiliary equipment.

2. This technical part does not specify all technical details, and the seller provides high-quality products that meet the technical conditions and the buyer's use requirements.

3. This technical condition puts forward the minimum technical conditions, does not specify all technical details, and does not fully quote the provisions of the relevant standards and specifications. The seller guarantees to provide high-quality products that meet these conditions and standards.

4. The goods are designed and manufactured in accordance with this technical requirement and national and local standards and specifications. If a certain standard or specification used in design and manufacturing is not specified in this technical specification, the seller shall specify the standard and specification adopted by it and provide the buyer with the complete Chinese original of the standard or specification. Only when the adopted standards and specifications are internationally recognized, commonly used, and are equal to or better than the requirements of this technical requirement, this standard or specification can be accepted by the buyer.

2. List of demand and quantity of goods

Special Note:

1. All water pump units need to provide a water pump-motor-common base, as well as supporting installation accessories, such as anchor bolts and nuts, pad irons, adjusting screws, adjusting washers, etc.

2. The equipment content of this project is the renovation project of the existing water pumping station. The dividing point is: the buyer (Party A) arranges personnel to be responsible for the pouring of the pump foundation, the secondary grouting and the installation and construction of the equipment (if necessary). The seller (Party B) is responsible for the supply and installation of the pumps and supporting electrical equipment.

3. Scope of supply

The seller provides testing, installation guidance and commissioning of all motors and ancillary equipment listed in the supply list and clauses as well as the supplied equipment. The seller also provides all motor lubrication equipment and motor accessories, special tools, necessary technical documents and drawings, and provides technical training to the buyer.

     The list of accessories for each motor provided by the seller includes: anchor bolts and nuts, 1 set of special tools; the water pump motor also provides 6 stator winding temperature measurement components, 2 bearing temperature measurement components, and 1 anti-condensation heater.

The accessories list of each pump provided by the seller includes: water seal pipe and its joints, manual exhaust valve, coupling and coupling cover, bearing temperature measuring element PT100, pump inlet vacuum pressure gauge, outlet pressure gauge, and foot Bolts and nuts, 1 set of special tools, etc.

Technical requirements

The seller provides the test, installation guidance and commissioning of the pump and all necessary couplings and safety shields, as well as the supplied equipment listed in the buyer's list and clauses. The seller also provides pump lubrication equipment and pump accessories, special tools, necessary technical documents and drawings, and provides technical training to the buyer.

     1) In addition to meeting the requirements of rated operating conditions, the performance of the provided water pump runs smoothly over the entire working range of the pump without abnormal vibration or cavitation. The rotating parts of the pump must be tested for dynamic and static balance.

     2) The Q/H curve of the water pump decreases continuously from the maximum lift when the valve is closed.

     3) The pump can allow reverse rotation caused by reverse water flow in a short period of time. When the maximum reverse speed is 120% of the rated (normal) speed, it will not cause damage to the equipment.

4) The drive motor supporting the water pump has sufficient output power to ensure that the water pump does not exceed the rated shaft power of the motor at any point in the performance curve (flow from zero to the limit point).
