Inorder to improve the skills of staffs and enrich the spare time, the assemblyteam of Hunan M&W pump has organized a “competitive in the workshop,competed in skills” staff competition. This competition improves the sense of belonging and identification of all the team members and promotes the cohesionof the team members.

At 2:00 pm on March 25, the skill competition started named “close the eyes to distinguish the pump spareparts” The workshop director organized the participants and explained to themthe purpose, content and final scoring criteria.

At 16:30, the workshopskill competition was successfully concluded, and the prizes were presented to the winners on the scene.
