Water Pump Energy Saving Renovation Project of Hunan Hualing Xiangtan Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd.

1.1 This technical agreement is applicable to the water pump energy-saving renovation project of the wide and heavy plate plant of Hunan Valin Xiangtan Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd.;
1.2 The technical requirements proposed in this technical agreement are all minimum requirements, and all technical details and standards are not specified. Party B shall provide a set of high-quality equipment and installation processes that meet the requirements of this technical agreement and the listed standards And its services. The national mandatory standards concerning safety and environmental protection must be met;
1.3 If the standards used in this technical agreement conflict with the standards implemented by Party B, the higher standards will be implemented.
2 Project Overview

Reconstruction content of eleven water station
(1) Net-ring high-pressure oxygen lance water supply pump set: 2 sets of customized high-efficiency environmental protection and energy-saving pumps replace the 2 water pumps currently in operation. The original matching motors will continue to be used and will not be replaced; the maximum operating conditions (main pipe) Pressure ≥1.92Mpa, flow ≥560m3/h), the system saves 758,000 kWh of electricity annually;
(2) The converter body water supply pump set: 2 sets of customized high-efficiency, environmentally-friendly and energy-saving pumps replace the 2 water pumps currently in operation. The original matching motors will continue to be used and will not be replaced; the maximum operating conditions (single furnace operation) When the pressure is ≥0.65MPa, the flow rate is ≥480m3/h, the pressure when the two furnaces are operating is ≥0.74MPa; the flow rate is ≥700m3/h); the annual electricity saving of the system is 411,000 kWh;
(3) Clean ring fan water supply pump set: 2 sets of customized high-efficiency, environmentally-friendly and energy-saving pumps replace the 2 currently running water pumps. The original matching motors will continue to be used and will not be replaced; the maximum operating conditions will be met after the transformation (main pipe pressure ≥ 0.38Mpa, flow ≥520m/h), the system saves 312,000 kWh of electricity annually;
(4) Turbid ring water supply pump unit: 4 sets of customized high-efficiency, environmentally friendly and energy-saving pumps replace the 4 water pumps currently in operation. The original supporting motors will continue to be used and will not be replaced; material: the pump unit is made of slurry pumps system

Twelve water station project content
(1) No. 1 continuous casting machine soft water pump set: 2 sets of customized high-efficiency environmental protection and energy-saving pumps replace the 2 water pumps currently in operation. The original matching motors will continue to be used and will not be replaced; the maximum operating conditions (main pipe Pressure ≥0.95Mpa, flow ≥1550m3/h), the system saves 1.42 million kWh of electricity annually:
(2) No. 2 continuous casting machine soft water pump set: 2 sets of customized high-efficiency, environmentally-friendly and energy-saving pumps replace the 2 water pumps currently in operation. The original matching motors will continue to be used and will not be replaced; the maximum operating conditions (main pipe) Pressure ≥0.95Mpa, flow ≥1550m3/h), the system saves 1.42 million kWh of electricity annually;
(3) VD clean ring water supply pump: 2 sets of customized high-efficiency environmental protection and energy-saving pumps replace the 2 water pumps currently in operation. The original matching motors will continue to be used and will not be replaced; the maximum operating conditions are met after the transformation (main pipe pressure ≥ 0.85) Mpa, flow ≥1100m3/h), the system saves 390,000 kWh of electricity annually;
(4) VD turbid ring hot water pump: 2 sets of customized high-efficiency, environmentally-friendly and energy-saving pumps replace the 3 water pumps currently in operation, replace two 4-pole 132Kw motors; install 2 low-voltage inverters, one for one type; After the transformation, it meets the maximum operating conditions (pressure ≥ 0.6 MPa, flow ≥ 1150 m3/h when a single furnace is operating), and the system saves 320,000 kWh of electricity annually;
(5) Turbid ring pump set of continuous casting machine: 2 sets of customized high-efficiency, environmentally-friendly and energy-saving pumps replace the 2 water pumps currently in operation. The original matching motors will continue to be used and will not be replaced; 2 low-voltage inverters will be installed, one tow One form; meet the maximum operating conditions after transformation (two sets of header pressure two 1.0Mpa, flow rate 2600m/h, single set pressure

Thirteen Water Station Project Content
(1) P101 water supply pump set: 1 set of customized high-efficiency, environmentally-friendly and energy-saving pumps replaces the current running water pump. The original supporting motor will continue to be used and will not be replaced; it will meet the maximum operating conditions (main pipe pressure ≥ 0.40Mpa) , Flow ≥520m3/h), and the annual electricity saving of the system is 280,000 kWh;
(2) P102 water supply pump set: 2 sets of tailor-made high-efficiency, environmentally-friendly and energy-saving pumps replace the 2 water pumps currently in operation. The original matching motors will continue to be used and will not be replaced; the maximum operating conditions are met after the transformation (main pipe pressure ≥0.52Mpa , Flow ≥ 1480m3/h), the system saves 490,000 kWh of electricity annually;
(3) P301 water supply pump set: 1 set of customized high-efficiency, environmentally-friendly and energy-saving pumps replaces the current running water pump. The original matching motor will continue to be used and will not be replaced; the maximum operating condition is met after the transformation (main pipe pressure ≥ 0.40Mpa , Flow ≥ 1450m3/h), and the annual electricity saving of the system is 384,000 kWh;
(4) P302 water supply pump set: 1 set of customized high-efficiency, environmentally friendly and energy-saving pumps replaces the current running water pump, the original matching motor will continue to be used and will not be replaced; the maximum operating condition is met after the transformation (main pipe pressure ≥ 0.95Mpa , Flow ≥680m³/h), and the annual electricity saving of the system is 664,000 kWh;

The two parties agree that the technically modified pump shall be inspected and accepted in Party B’s factory according to the following parameters. The technical design parameters are as follows:
