General rules

The buyer and the seller have reached a technical agreement on the main technical requirements and supply of the circulating water pump for the Boda Dongfang (Jilin) carbon dioxide project as follows:

1) The products provided by the seller must be brand new products with advanced technology, reasonable economy, mature and reliable.
2) The relationship curve of the pump's flow and head should be a stable curve without hump. The head from the rated flow to the annual zero flow is steadily rising, and the increase in the head should not exceed 20% of the rated flow and head, otherwise the seller should apply Obtain the consent of the buyer's design institute.
3) The characteristic curves of the pumps in parallel operation should be coordinated with each other within a certain speed range, and the pumps can run continuously for a long time under the maximum operating point.
4) The deviation value of the pump's flow, head and efficiency under normal operation meets the requirements of GB3216.
5) Material selection: The material of the pump is HT250: the castings meet the requirements of JB/T6880.1 and JB/T6880.3 standards, and the surface of the castings is shot peened or treated by other methods.

3. In order to make the system suitable for various operating conditions, the seller shall at least meet the requirements of the following standards, as shown in the following table for details

4  quality assurance

1) The seller meets the technical requirements provided in this regulation: the warranty period of this equipment is one year, 15 months from the date of acceptance of the installation, commissioning, and acceptance.
2) The seller guarantees to the buyer that the equipment provided is of advanced technology, mature and reliable, brand-new products, free of any defects or errors in design, material selection and workmanship, technical documents and drawings must be correct, complete, clear and adequate Meet the requirements of installation, start, stop and normal operation and maintenance. The service life of the pump is not less than 20 years, and the continuous operation time is not less than two years.
3) The seller has effective methods to control the quality and service of all outsourced and purchased parts to meet the requirements of this regulation:
4) The buyer has the right to send representatives to the seller’s factory and subcontractor and outsourced parts factories to inspect the manufacturing process, inspect the quality of the goods delivered under the contract, and check whether the components, components and materials delivered under the contract meet the standards and other contract requirements , And participate in some component experiments and the entire assembly test conducted by the seller. The seller provides technical documents and drawings to the buyer’s representative, as well as the necessary instruments, tools and office supplies for the test and inspection.
5) All pumps should be tested and inspected at the manufacturer's factory, and the test and inspection records should be provided to users.

6) If there are any defects or damages of parts found during installation and trial operation, the seller shall replace them free of charge as soon as possible when it is confirmed that the equipment storage, installation, maintenance and operation meet the requirements.
7) If the seller sends the wrong product or fails to meet the requirements of the technical agreement after the buyer's inspection, the seller shall replace it as soon as possible free of charge.

5. Scope of supply

The supplier is responsible for the unified management and coordination of the supply of the complete set of pump sets and related interfaces, vibration, noise, and factory tests specified in this agreement.
The supplier ensures that the supply is complete and complete, based on the principle that it can meet the user's installation and safety and reliable operation requirements. The scope of supply involved in this specification shall be provided by the supplier with a detailed list and confirmed by the demander

6  quality of supply    

 The seller shall deliver the goods stipulated in the contract to the buyer in accordance with the technical, quality, design, standards, specifications, materials, calculations, parameters, performance values, data and other requirements stipulated in the contract and the "Circulating Water Pump Technical Agreement". If the contract and the "Circulating Water Pump Technology Agreement" do not clearly stipulate the technology, quality, design, standards, specifications, materials, calculations, parameters, performance values, data, etc. of the relevant links of the contract goods, the People of China before the delivery of the contract goods The latest standards promulgated and effective by the Republic.      Regardless of whether the "Circulating Water Pump Technology Agreement" has corresponding instructions, if the laws and regulations or policy documents of the country, the place where the goods are used, and the seller's location are inconsistent with the "Circulating Water Pump Technology Agreement", if the laws and regulations of the country, the place where the goods are used, and the buyer's location are inconsistent Or if the standards specified in the policy documents are higher than the "Circulating Water Pump Technology Agreement", the laws and regulations or policy documents of the country, the place where the goods are used, and the buyer's location shall prevail.
